7x T5 ensorcell T4 sigil with all scroll slots unlocked

I'm trading down, because as much fun as it's been to play with this, it's time to buy a new TV, so yeah, price check, if you all wouldn't mind weighing in. It's one of the orase walking sticks, and like the title says, it's a 7x, T5 ensorcelled, T4 sigil staff with all 6 scroll slots unlocked.

80-85% of the purchase price for the staff and unlock certs. Nothing for the enchants/ensorcells. Since these are available in unlimited form OTS (and so are the unlocks), people need some incentive to buy from you over just buying themselves at DR.
