Understood. With the new npc paying 2500 seashells, the concern is that many of these may go straight to the npc without anyone even mentioning that they found one.

I think with cold flares specifically, it's worth mentioning if you want them cause they are hard to sell, so some might just turn them in for seashells if they don't know someone's looking for them. I'll let you know if I happen to get one of these tokens.
