Over-encumbered: looking for container to help

I'm looking to a buy a cloak or backpack or some sort of other container that can help keep me from being over-encumbered.

I'm currently using a Dark Wool Hooded Cloak and a Serpent Skin Backpack to hold most of the loot I find. I quickly am becoming encumbered before I get enough experience.

you need to be buying the 30 day 100lb weight reducing potions. Look for them on the playershops page... i beleive they are called a silvery blue potion

Maybe… what race/profession are you and how much loot are you trying to hold? And what’s the issue, increased round times?

Weight reducing containers are very expensive, and I’m guessing by your question you’re probably fairly new. Aside from what’s already been mentioned, increasing strength is the main path. 509 from wizards, enhancives.
