I have found previous multi-spell wands mechanically lackluster and not worth the cost, and had the same opinion of the offerings this run. It's likely the classic case of it depends how/where you hunt. But they aren't necessary to hunt most things, so more about killing things differently than your normal routine.

To answer your original question, I didn't buy anything this run other than weighting and padding on items I already owned. I was unable to get anything I wanted from HESS or mania. I'll probably pick up a sigil cloak eventually, but wasn't feeling it this run.

I did 3 of the +5 enchant bulletins, added t3 dispel to a maul, some spikes to full plate, and a bunch of WPS. I missed out on the window reset on my plate and accidentally did ok on the maul.

I really wanted GUB but couldn’t make it happen.

Spikes on my armor, realm-flaring sanctified gauntlets, a spindle of rolaren garrote wire and a tool to cut/fix it with, a writable book & wearable quill, shimmer trinket unlocks (second side, more charges), a couple of T3 whisper cloaks, morphing staff T2 unlock, mech cart vambrace & dagger cart.... buncha little things, basically.

Blew through my budget, all of my accumulated silvers and BS, and even liquidated some project pieces in order to stretch to afford everything. But I’m pleased nonetheless. I picked up:

- Tier 2-5 unlocks for my sigil surita staff (already had the script added from last time). Scroll unlocks too
- GUB for the staff. Wasn’t part of my original plan, but heck, I went for it
- Five 1x 1202 pins (now I need to get some decent robes)
- OTS sigil cloak
- WPS on a handful of remaining project weapons and armor

My vote for top pick is the realm flaring UCS gear. Think it was 2k or something each piece. Love my realm flares and enjoy the 5x.

I did also pick up two of those knives from the new knife shop.

I'm too anal to waste more of my money on this event, I just use the freebies. I used my freebie simucoins and the free entries from giftboxes - between giftboxes, 1 - 17 entry book from last DR that was from a giftbox and what my freebie simucoins bought, I had a total of 74 entries to use..

I hit a cache in the sewers this year, netted me 20k BS or something along those lines....I missed the messaging as I was just glancing back and forth between the game and my work so it's just a guess on my part based on how much BS I had left and how many runs I had remaining (50 runs) and how much I was averaging per run - which was about 238.
I was averaging around 238 BS a sewer run x 50 runs = 11,900 (average) + the 8k I already had...I should have been around 20-21k BS when I was done. When my entries were all used up I was sitting on 43k. The duskruin verb shows I found a cache, but it doesn't list how much was in it.

I only spent BS on some WPS and the slab generator. From the slab generator I did manage to pull 3 eonake slabs and 2 rolaren slabs.
