Flares and weighting - do they impact each other?
I know having temporary flares from something such as 1604 or 411, the flares trigger less often up to 10 CER, after that they don't flare anymore.....though I'm not sure this is even the case anymore.
If someone were to have an exceptionally crit weighted weapon, no other item properties, and they added flares (Cat B), does the high crit weighting level impact how often the weapon would flare?
I tried digging around on the gswiki, but useful information like such is never posted anywhere....or at least not posted in an easy to find spot.
