Last night I got a plain ol' 7x runestaff from an arena run. Not really that impressive by today's standards, but it was among the best things I have ever found in this game, plus it was an upgrade for one of my guys who was using a 2x runestaff so that was nice too.

I took my freebie entries and ran around the sewers a handful of times and found a steel claidhmore! The pawnshop estimated at over 11mil. Nothing else special about the claidhmore, just a basic claidhmore. It was so awesome.....not a let down at all.

I suppose it's better than the dozen darts, 2 quoits 2 drakar whip-blades and a couple of other miscellaneous rhimar and gornar weapons....plus the dozen+ runestaves that had nothing special about them. At least the claid gave me 35k at the pawnshop....so, I guess I have that going for me.

Drops this run seem weak so far. I'd usually find multiple items per day that were worth selling on the market. So far this run it's all been pawnshop garbage.

Found one enhancive that was +4 CMAN bonus and +5 something else half-useful. Everything else has been straight to pawnshop

All mine went to the pawnshop without even checking so no idea. One was probably a golvern claid

I like your style. You should just give me all your finds from now on.

Found a 4x, sancted, spiked, +6 perm TD greatshield. Found a +3 logic base and +3 dex base permanent neckworn jewelry piece, a +3 stamina recovery permanent pin, and a 6x veil iron handaxe. Agree with the sentiment that the good finds seem few and far between.

PS if anyone wants to buy this stuff, PM me and let’s talk!

If you update lich and Ruby to 5, new sloot has built in limiters so it won't sell shit over <insert amt here> to pawnshop or gemshop.

Jack shit! This is my worst DR for loot by an order of magnitude. I have pawned 100% of it, no orb or token yet.

Wasn't mine, but saw a suite of golvern full plate with perm disruption resistance and SWDP in the FWI pawn last night. Not earth shattering, but not bad.

Jack shit! This is my worst DR for loot by an order of magnitude. I have pawned 100% of it, no orb or token yet.

I usually find one or two tokens and one or two bag parts running the sewers. That's usually around 60-75 runs, once a year - my entries are just from banked freebie simucoins. I tend to generate around 6-10k BS, depending on if it's solely sewer runs or if I get a handful of arena uses out of them as well and how many total entries I can purchase.

However, with the 2 different giftbags this year and still having had 1 of the 17 entry giftbag booklet from last year, plus freebie runs - I had a total of 117 runs in the sewers, no arena this year for me. I made around 25k in BS this year.

Anyway, after doing upwards of 40+ more sewer runs than I usually do, I had found zero tokens and I found zero bag items. Bag items would usually get 1k BS a piece and tokens would be for silvers, whatever they would be going for at the time....so I didn't get any extra BS or silvers from tokens or bag items this year.

I did notice that about 1/4 of my sewer runs resulted in no item finds, just BS.
I saw no rats this year, usually I comes across a couple that dart out of the room, I have yet to catch one as I follow pursuit.

The drops seemed to be worse, but the upside was roughly a 35-40 BS (on average) gain for each sewer run over last year because when you find an item it doesn't count against you as a search. I found many darts and runestaffs...I actually found 3 runestaffs in a row during one run, and all three sold at the pawnshop for less than 5k. Out of the 9 dozen or so items found, I have 2 pieces of armor (robes and full leather), 1 weapon (backsword) and 3 jewelry that I have to have my bard sing to. All the rest was cheap pawnshop fodder, except that steel claid I found....that plain old steel claid with no other differences over a backroom claid at the weapon shop in the Landing, that appraised at 11+mil and got me 35k from the pawnshop - oh yeah!

So, sewers:
Average BS gain is up almost 40 BS over last year
Item drops are down in terms of useful items such as tokens and bag parts
Nice finds are down - very few items are worth checking, 95% are strictly pawn fodder
I saw no rats when I usually come across a couple each year.

The only thing that was easy to find were WPS invites. I found 3, usually within the first couple of sewer runs after I used one.

I guess I wasn't really impressed this year and I don't really have anything I want to spend BS on, I guess I'll just go toss some BS at the slab generator for a bit.

I found an enhancive pendant in the backpack of someone sleeping at the sewer entrance, it has +4 stamina recovery and +2 strength. Not bad :).

LNET last night had talk of someone finding a not bad claid in the pawnshop someone had sold. <shrugs>

This has me worried that my script that checks the price of things before selling has the price set too high. Some people have told me their decent weapons appraise for like 10k silvers at the pawnshop. But something tells me a claid appraises for a lot, but who knows.

The only thing I can see appraising for less than 35k that could be worth reselling is a mage empowerable with something cool in it.

I think I have jewelry set to like 15k just in case. Can other types of items be empowered?

Just jewelry as far as I'm aware. Overall though it's not really worth worrying about just on the off chance you find a ME with Heroism or something in it.

The armour and weapon prizes need to replaced with something that doesn't create excessive amounts of spam, either a token amount of BS or something less disruptive.

Found a set of damage padded 4x chain hauberk - best item so far. Also found a rat. Nothing spectacular.

240 sewer runs and zero tokens. Either I am unlucky or the drop rate is...disappointing.

99% of the stuff went to the pawnshop, the rest will sit in the locker. Tedious.

I've done somewhere between 250-275 runs so far:

4 tokens
3 minor bags of holding
1 slender wooden rod
1 material swatch

2 +30 shields
1 +2 mana flaring runestaff, 5 WIS stat

and two or three okay'ish (sub-1M) enhancives
