Lich5 wackiness

So I just was able to figure out lich5 and I am noticing when I open stuff like waggle or bigshot I am getting the following and have no idea how to fix or what I did wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you overwrite the scripts that Lich5 puts in your script folder with your old scripts from lich4?
