Just curious as to what other people are doing as far as armor skill training and cman training now that the changes have rolled out.

I haven't really changed anything yet. The cmans still don't look that interesting on the whole (though I do love the redesign on wspec), but maybe some of the new ones we have access to are better in practice than they seem on paper?

Still not sure what to do about armor. I'm thinking Armor Support would be the one I would pick up. I currently have Blessing, but I'm not really sure how useful that is. I know personally it's not at all as I'm rarely warded. But maybe other professions would find it useful?

Thoughts?

Armor skills, I did Support, Fluidity, and will be picking up the Spike one, once I get a few more tp's. Support seems to be an all-around useful one that lots of people request, and Fluidity I picked as a support for some of my armor-wearing casters on my secondary account.

Didn't change all that much on my cmans, from prior to PSM3, except to pick up the Spike Mastery, so that I can use spikey things in the future.

Support does sound like the right bet. Casting could be good, but I don't know that the fumbles and such really matter that much for a capped Paladin

dropped fluidity for support but i like to carry a lot of junk. no cman changes but only have surge, wspec, and feint so far.

Especially given that your 100's and 1600's should be at 3% (or less) hindrance with 1612 up... my capped pally runs around in MBP, with a 0% spell hindrance on her 100's/1600's, so only fumbles on that d100 roll of 1. I was using Casting after the paladin changes, and never noticed it actually kick in.

Post Cap, you have enough for 2 full trainings. Blessing and Support are the two armor use that are the most bang. IMO, I run Blessing and I think either blessing or support should be considered based on race. The smaller races and dwarves benefit the least from blessing, whereas the larger races would benefit the most and have less of a use for support than the smaller races. Generally, support will allow for longer, uninterrupted hunts. CMAN's are kind of dookey right now IMO. Your weapon training is giving you the best CMANs, making our limited CMAN options pretty ass. Surge and feint probably top the list, but they've always been at the top of the list alongside cdfense. Cdfense should still be the top tier unless you're doubling dodge or some other maneuver benefit.
