Also you might as well get rid of the one rank of evade specialization because you can only have either parry, evade, or block specialization and at some point they will remove those skills anyways so you can only have one.

I'm not sold on acrobat's leap, for me (1+(20 agi bonus / 10) = 3. 3 - 2 for plate AG = 1 foot of reach for 10 cman points.
I took wspec and focus to 5/5. No cunning defense for you?

i am probably going to roll back acrobats leap. i would have kept if i could reach grimswarm troll heads on ambush but i cant.

No. Dodge is on a diminishing returns thing. You can plug the numbers into a calculator but if you are 2x-3x dodge you're adding somewhere between .5-3% to your SMR defense for those cman points- depending on race and other factors.
CDEF is really designed for pures for generic defense and augmentation to something like disarm.

2x dodge is fine and 3x once a bunch of other skills are done is fine as well. I wouldn't 3x dodge an 8m rogue, for example, but I would for a 12m monk. It's a secondary redux skill as well.
The phantom ranks from CDEF is just really bad for what you get as a square.

The COMBAT verb tells you your SMR defense too? That's awesome. When is this verb hitting the main server? What they waiting for?! :O

I assume Naijin has been busy with PSM3 rollout and bug fixes.
The COMBAT verb stuff was still going through some tweaking of layouts and stuff.
Here's two examples he posted to discord.
