DR - parasite cert question

Not sure if this is the right spot for this question. If not feel free to tip me off as to where I should post it.

Does anyone know if you can change a weapon base on a parasitic weapon using the weapon base change certificate more than once - Can you got from an OHE, to and OHB then back to an OHE using the certs?
