Yes this is Ibbo if that wasn't 100% obvious already. Account bound items can be used by any character on the account including transfers. If you were to sell the items you would need to move any characters onto a different account, make a new character to hold the items, and sell the account. Sounds like more of a hassle than it actually is. RW fox is bound to Ibbo. Kitten is a dhu kitten. Comes with the 50m silver (which it says in the thread).

Wow, Empaths must be cool. With so much CS and HEALING your chars, lol. Wow, I get hurt a lot with my AWESOME bard kicking asses (AS is like 200+ LOL). I would save tons of money to buy my dad's gear (he plays gemstone too since AOL)
