There was some bandying about back in 2016 on the price paid for Simu by Stillfront. Well, if this was posted before than forgiveness please. But here are the hard numbers.

BRIEF-Stillfront buys majority stake in Simutronics

(Reuters) - Stillfront Group publ AB :

* Acquires 52.65 pct of outstanding shares of Simutronics

* Closing is scheduled to take place on or before June 30, 2016

* Consideration to be paid at closing in June 2016 will amount to in total $937,661

* Consideration to be paid partly in cash and partly in Stillfront equity

* Cash part will amount to $787,635 and equity part to $150,026

* Earn-out consideration shall not exceed $1,805,400

* Has also invested $0.5 million in Simutronics to accelerate development of its current mobile strategy games

* Investment is structured as a loan on market terms

$1.8 million total payout for Whatley and friends if and only if they hit their yearly targets. I think with the 2020 COVID surge this is a yes.

I would value the company as a whole now at roughly $3 million what with every asset class going fucktarded right now.

But gee golly I thought the company was going to be worth a whole lot more. At a 4x cap rate which is generous for a bajillion year old text based gaming company; the company is probably only doing roughly ~500k in revenue which the lions share is brought in by GemStone IV. I think GemStone by herself is pulling 400k in revenue?

These are old number before P2W ramped up to its current levels, they're likely pulling in way more than 400k from Gemstone...

Agreed. I think they have about 1500 active accounts. Each spending about 30 bucks a month on average, let's say 50 bucks with the whales skewing the numbers. That's like 750k probably in 2019/2020.

I'd wager a non bodybuilder with average height that weighs 400lbs is right around 60% body fat.

But did Rocktard ever really have a life?

Americans are fat, who knew?

Disappearing people is a much more fascinating topic, you should tell us more about that.
