Thoughts on worth as is as well as thoughts on if taking this to 7X makes sense.

It provides a boost of 12 to Stalking and Hiding Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 31 times.
It provides a boost of 6 to Ambush Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 13 times.
It provides a boost of 3 to Dexterity Base.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 4 times.

The shield looks to have a lot of charges remaining.
It will persist after its last charge is depleted.
It appears to weigh about 8 pounds.
It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of hoarbeam.
The shield is a medium shield that protects the bearer if carried in the left hand.
The shield can be worn, slinging it across the shoulders and back. The shield appears to serve some purpose.

It'd be nice for a level 30-45ish melee ranger if you can find a lowbie wizard to get it to +20 cheap, but by the time a rogue gets to 30 they prolly won't notice whatever difference those skill bonuses make (esp if they 3x in S&H). It'll prolly be a hard sell as is and I def wouldn't enchant it up unless you intend on using it yerself.

There's not enough incentive to enhance S&H /Ambush for the cost of enchanting. These skills have little return for over-training. Keep in mind this requires an expensive alchemy potion to enchant as well as the expensive wizard essence.
