What ever the alchemist appraises them, the bezoars are rare and can be used for spirit beast potions but all the rest can be bought from the back room of any town alchemist. The radiant dusts and shards are usually scarce however currently the Teras alchemist has a surplus of the shards.

The greater elemental essences tend be the expensive reagents because they really are quite rare, you can get 50k-200k for one of those if someone's looking some. And then there's the very rare core from the confluence I think I paid 1m for one of those and of course I ruined the potion by using whole ayana leaf instead of ground ayana leaf :s.
