Training to Maximize Enchanting

What's the going belief on this? How many ranks in the various spell circles? How many ranks in the other contribution factors? Any help is appreciated. THanks in advance.

Max out your EMC first. Every 2 ranks adds +1.
You want 101 Wizard Spell ranks at cap, each gives +2. After 101 ranks, every rank gives +1.
Boost your LOG and INT - a good use for Ascension points.
Max out your AS and MIU skills - every 10 ranks in each gives +1
Be in a workshop and have a familiar present when you cast.

Just following the above, a newly capped wizard should have around a 520 bonus (give or take a bit, depending on where you used all your TPs as you were leveling up).
