I just finished it, after 32 hours and I wasn't ready for it to end, damn it! I did just about every quest and always travelled slow. It was a very fun game and only around $30. If you are waiting for BG3's full release, this game is a good hold over. It has a pretty legit Dungeon Builder and Dungeons built on steam too.
There were couple bugs, mostly towards the end, but they didn't impede progress of the main story, just one of the side stories. It is a very small team that created the game, so no idea when it'll be 100% polished, but they are very talkative on their discord.
It was worth it.

(Spoilers) The Aksha fight was bugged as shit. The light and darkness spells don't interact well with each other. Game is fun so far, but the character models certainly are.. well, they're no BG3 models.

For the size of the team, they did remarkably well. Indie game vs AAA game that is Baldur's Gate.

No complaints there, I'm really enjoying it overall. The way the characters introduce each other is great, a lot of the character interactions are memorable.
Incidentally, the 2nd level wizard feature from Shock Arcanist, Arcane Warfare, is busted AF and would love that option in tabletop 5E.

I liked the intro for sure. I made all custom adventurers named after me, my wife, and two friends. I always do a good guy run first, and I was planning to do a evil prick run next, but I don't know how much replayability it really has at this point. It doesn't seem your choices really make a difference when it gets to the end, because it really only has one way to end and regardless of if you decide to fight or talk out a situation, it doesn't seem to make a difference. What I'm trying to say, I guess, is that it is a very linear CRPG.
Don't get me wrong, it was fun. Well worth the $30. Just putting all that out there so no one thinks it is something it isn't.

It was a very good game for the price and if you are dipping your feet into 5e, it seems a very solid introduction. I feel like at this point I'd pay for DLC provided it gets QC'd a bit better.

I'm definitely going to get DLCs as they come, as long as they aren't stupid "Here is one quest for $10!". I don't think this company is big enough to be that greedy yet though.

Everyone was talking about that Aksha fight and I had no idea who the fuck you guys were talking about. I was looking through my achievements today, and I realized "Oh yeah, I negotiated that and never fought him."
