I think it's pretty on point, vanilla with a base that's yuck unless you are using it in a twc build. which is kinda niche.

If you really want to know what it's worth to other people, put it up for auction with a MB that you are willing to accept as a sale price and see what happens. I don't know that I've ever seen a 10x plain jane anything put up for sale, so I'm also curious to see what it's worth. As mentioned, it isn't a particularly desired weapon base. But you never know who might be out there that's considering building a longsword of doom, and this is a pretty good start.

This is the more fascinating piece of this story to me as well. Most people come back to the game after a long absence and find the 5x falchion with lightning flares they used to use that was the shit back when they last played. Do you remember how you acquired these 10x longswords?

Ya I had them all made long ago, tossed in one of my lockers and forgot about them.

Also, I wouldn't really say twc is niche anymore, any more than say archery is niche. The number of viable attack styles has grown a lot, and twc is definitely viable.

FWIW I bought a 10x short sword with grapple flares for maybe 45m last year.
