You can get these as T1 prizes at the bsc quest. I'm looking to get my hands on one of them also and would be up for a run if others are interested. There are swirling nexus orbs in the player shops for like 1,150,000. Seems like a bargain.

Roblar constantly sells them.. Fully unlocked/enhancive/sometimes even maxdeep for a mere 5m. Or you could go earn a t1 and hope to win a super rare raffle and get it fully unlocked..
