T2 Dispel Flares (1d2 dispel flare).
It doesn't have the extra scroll spell slots because I didn't care about that. You can probably add them all at DR if you like for like 25k BS. You could also take the secondary T2 dispel flares to T3 for like 30k BS. Bit overkill if you ask me.
The staff's energy effect has been altered to: scintillating prismatic

The Sigil Staff Dispel Flare, Cat B Dispel Flare and Double cast can all trigger on a single cast, and you'll get combos of these plus FLUX damage pretty often. Dispel flares use SMR roll for damage
