Why buy this guy? Well for one, bards are pretty unstoppable, what with all their debuffs/buffs/various ways to murder things. Also, you can sing to those purdy gems and make all that money you're losing from the recent treasure changes back!!!
13m voln favor means you can pretty much symbol of sleep everything in your path for the foreseeable future. This makes for a GREAT tool in the DR arena, since you can spam symbol of sleep with no RT, and no further favor is lost once the mobs are disabled.
