Info on secondary weapon training?

I'm trying to learn how to train my warrior with all these changes. At 8.5m I've worked up to 3x PF and working on 2x dodge now. As far as secondary weapon training goes, I'm 1x in brawling and OHE, is there a link or can someone explain to me how this helps my AS? Also, is there a cap or a point where there are diminishing returns?

You get 1 AS for every 8 ranks of your second and third most trained weapon skills, so if you're 1x in both brawling and OHE, your AS is boosted by 25. If you get both of those up to 2x, you will have an additional 50 AS. It gets applied automatically as your training increases.
