sigil staff unluckiness?

Just wondering if I got purely unlucky or if this something.

I have 20 ranks in AS and MIU
Empath circle is my native circle (which I invoked 1007 in the below)

Check the log, did you already have a spell prepped? Seems like the most common cause of this from previous logs.
