Runestaff that makes disarm less annoying

I never could afford a returner runestaff back when disarm was potentially forever. Still, it's annoying.

Now that it's easier (and presumably they are cheaper) I'd be interested to hear what you might sell me.

Bump bump - come on they are practically worthless now, and once spell rings come out you can throw em down a well. Just give me one.
