Enhancive Arm Greaves

I've found a set of arm greaves and am not sure on the value. The bonus is high so I figure it must be worth something.

As you recall your song, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the vultite arm greaves in your hand, and you learn something about it...

It provides a boost of 15 to Influence Base.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 48 times.
It provides a boost of 3 to Magic Item Use Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 5 times.
The greaves looks to have a lot of charges remaining.
It will persist after its last enhancive charge has been expended.

Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance.

Hard to say with a high INF non-crumbly, we don't see a lot. It's worth a lot though, I'd probly auction it and start the MB at like...I dunno at least 5m?
