getting ready to fixstat for perfect at 100. since ill be getting a free fixskill was looking for advice on where to go?

Currently pure hunting with steam bolts Col master i just dont know what is relevant anymore was built before enchanting changed any advice would be great.

All I would change is armor to 2 ranks, drop/or raise Air lore to 20, perception to 47, and anything leftover into spells.
