McGriddles are wrong and I hate them with all my being. That is all... the video is rather funny thou.

I love them. Very neat concept. Of course I've had to give them up because they are WAY too fattening.
I heard that they are the most unhealthy and fattening things on McDonald's menu. Fuck McDonald's and fuck McGriddles.

I watched "Supersize Me" over the weekend. Really makes you rethink fast foods. Especially how they market it to kids.
I've sworn off the evil fast food until some late night hunger hits me.
I was horrified after I saw Super Size Me. So disturbing.

I tried a sausage McGriddle cake once.
That was so fucking disgusting.
I hear the non-meat ones are better, but I think I'll still pass.

McGriddles are awesome, the key is to add ketchup. I haven't had one in a month or so since I'm currently on my semi-healthy eating + protein kick. But damnit I love me some fast food.
I can't eat the stuff even if I wanted too. There is one night a week that I allow myself beer/chinese food and I'll be damned if I sacrifice that for McDonald's!

I eat like a pig and can't wait to gorge myself when I come home. Thank god for 6.5% body fat.

Sausage good.
Maple Syrup good.
Muffin good.
Egg good.
Cheese good.
What the fuck is NOT to like about them.. besides being bad for you if over consumed.
The fact that the sausage is made out of lips and assholes :(

So I'll assume you've never eaten a hotdog or sausage on pizza? What about italian sausage smothered in onions and peppers?
I turn a blind eye to justice at times.

But yeah, the thought of any breakfast food from McDonalds is quickly ruled out. There is no justification for the amount of fat on their breakfast menu alone. I love the fries though. Oh, and the new gigantic breakfast sandwich from Burger King gets a double

Mcdonalds should be fucking abolished. They dont even serve food. I consider you a lesser being if you've eaten there in the past year.
PS, video was lame.

I've seen Supersize Me. I'm in pretty good shape. I still eat at McDonald's occasionally. Two words: dollar menu. Then again, I don't have the metabolism of a turtle.
Sort of off topic, but has anyone else seen the previews for the for Spurlock's reality t.v. show?

I just googled the calorie count on one of these, shit its 550 calories. The only thing I have ever eaten from McDonalds are the french fries and that has been maybe 3 times.
I have a phobia about other people touching my food so I normally just eat at home because at least I know my hands are clean. :bouncing:

550 calories is a lot now? You do realize that you need over 1000 per day just to remain alive, and can easily burn a few thousand in a workout.

Yea, but it is still the best hangover cure in the world
The biggest shock for me was the calorie count on the Arby's market fresh sandwiches. Something like 800 calories. I miss those.

Heh, I love McDonalds breakfast.
When I work early I pick it up pretty often.

With the amount of fast food that I eat in a week and the beer I consume daily I'm still trying to figure out how I'm as skinny as I am.
After work I usually goto Hardee's and get a couple of biscuits, then head down to the bar and have a few beers while playing darts.
Nothing says alcoholic like drinking at 6 a.m. 4 days a week.
You're wrong. nothing says alcoholic like the word Army

For a shitty rendition of a breakfast sandwich, yes.

500 calories is nothing. I would be more concerned about the health effects of the high cholesterol in the sausage (I didn't look it up, just assuming it's high)

SAUSAGE McGRIDDLE
CALORIES: 420
FAT: 23 G.
SATURATED FAT: 7 G.
SODIUM: 970 MG.
CHOLESTEROL: 35 MG.
CARBOHYDRATES: 42 G.
Well thats lower then the 550 I first found, the numbers still scare me though.
Except the part where the army folks have to take three months off while they're at basic...

They actually had to ban listerine while I was there and I actually knew people who drank pine oil

Hate McGriddles. I used to love the Spanish Omlette Bagel without the egg though.

You think that's bad? I don't remember the link for it, but those hungry man 1lb frozen food breakfasts are insane over 1000 calories like 60 grams of fat etc... it was terrible.

Although I avoid McDonalds like the plague now, I used to LOVE McGriddles. They were my favorite thing from McD's (along with their nuggets).

Those thing are cram full of sodium too. I have a salisbury steak meal right here. I might as well throw it away because I'm never going to eat it.
