Warrior Assess

Is the formula for success for warrior assessment of padding/weighting on items known? I'm interested in setting up my post cap warrior to assess all weapon types, but don't have enough spare TPs lying around to double everything.

I'd probably be OK with a 75% success rate on getting readings. Anyone know how many ranks of weapon training I need to get there?

25 ranks or so and you start to see results, for any sort of reliability in number of tries 50 or so ranks, I constantly train in ranks about 25 then drop to 25 as I gain points for more spells
