Broken printer?

All my mom's printer does when I try and print things is take each page and just print a few random numbers/letters and then go to another paper and does this till it runs out of paper and never prints what I'm trying to print... I can't figure out what the hell is wrong.

Turn the printer off, restart the computer, then switch the printer back on?

If that doesn't work, you might want to check and see that you have the latest drivers, and/or reinstall your drivers.

And make sure all your cables are clean, have all the pins, and securely plugged in.

This is the best option. I was about to guess that it's an HP printer cause they sure love doing that. Removing the driver and restarting the computer, letting it install the printer on its own is a good idea as well.

Well somehow I got it to work, don't know how... but I did. lol
