I have two certificates left in my shop I just wanna get rid of, so I'm lowering the price to 150k each. If you'd like either of them, they're in Sixle's River's Rest shop (SHOP BROWSE RIVER 5 if you don't wanna travel to RR)
These certificates won't add flares, they change the messaging of flares already on weapons/armor to "a thin whip of (energy type) that lashes the (creature)."
The following two are available:
a perfectly smooth certificate- for weapons/armor with IMPACT flares 150k
a damp pale vellum certificate- for weapons/armor with STEAM flares 150k
