I have two katars. They are both 8x, T5, Ghezyte, Dispell, Blink, Bandit Bane Double Plasma. They are perfect for anyone who has a spell worth blinking. The mainhand also has the 500m rot flares subscript. I'm looking for 420m on the offhand, and 670m on the main (almost half the cost). I will sell both for 1b to a good TWC home.

Indigo incursions rise to the surface of the inky black metal as the ghezyte twists and turns into the sinuous shape of an eel. Mouth parted, a blade rises out of the beastie's open maw, the double-bit blades keenly edged and razor sharp. Indigo leather lines the gauntlet preventing the volcanic-borne metal from nicking the wielder's hand. A tiny golden eyelid, which is open, is inlaid into the weapon, while a faint blue flicker dances around it.
You also notice a small enchanter's glyph. A strange necrotic haze radiates from the gauntlet-sword.
It imparts a bonus of +40 more than usual.
It has been infused with the power of a strange anti-magical substance (1 dispel attempts).
It appears to weigh about 2 pounds.
It has been ensorcelled 5 times.
This ghezyte gauntlet-sword flares with a divine flaming substance when employed against bandits.
It is a daunting project (910 difficulty) for an adventurer to modify.

An eel of forged metal forms the body of the glossed gauntlet-sword, the ray-finned creature flashing shades of indigo that are quickly engulfed by the onyx tones of the ghezyte. Well-polished eyes of black glass gaze out menacingly, the eel's maw agape as the sharp blade extends forth, the weapon exposed in a flash of darkness. Thin fins of jagged metal surround the gauntlet-sword's body, the leather-bound piece etched with stylized waves of kelp. A tiny golden eyelid, which is open, is inlaid into the weapon, while a faint blue flicker dances around it.

While both difficulties for 10x are prohibitive, they can be done with premium points and/or DR enchant certs and services. I didn't need the AS, and 8x is high enough to hit anything currently in game.
