Sticks to Rods.. Rods for spells!

I foraged a bunch of sticks, and am seeking someone to turn them into max mana rods.


Then I'll be looking to have them imbeded with 904 and or 906.

For 906 you'll save yourself a lot of time and hassle and mana just using gold wands, as they can be charged to 40 for 6 mana per charge.

Crystal wands too, but 10 mana per charge, and casts Major Acid instead of Minor Acid.

Before the mana changes one way I got any starting out pure casting character I may have been playing (and I didn't want to do the simple swing a weapon until level 19 and then change over to casting) was to imbed wands with 502.

Worked well with a young bard and sorcerer that needed extra casting power when mana was more limited; especially with a bard since the only attack spell was 1002 and it was a horrible way to hunt since you rarely achieved a crit kill using it at low levels.

Otherwise, as Methais said, charging up wands such as blue/metal/gold/aquamarine/crystal is better over imbedding 903/904/906 into wands. What's even nice is you can dupe a fresh wand and charge both up if you're hard up on finding enough wands to charge.
