2m takes it, delivery to landing/sohaven/icemule... this is the new paladin spell that gives +20 enhancive armor use ranks
Golden topaz pendant, defense of the faithful (1608), mage rechargeable, 20 charges of rub, persists
Note it also has +1 shield use ranks, +5 max stamina, crumbly but this will only matter if you let the enhancive run out.
If the enhancive crumbles is a problem, I also have one with no enhancive for the same price although its tap activated:
Platinum neckchain, defense of the faithful (1608), tap activated (11 charges), mage rechargeable, persists
