Do those Pier One commercials with Kirstie Alley acting like a raving lunatic annoy anyone else? I love to shop there but geeze. They're so weird.

Kirstie Alley has um.. gone to seed a tad. She looks a little on the edge and eccentric and I think she dresses wrong for her figure. The dresses are always interesting and coo' and would look great at a Ren Faire, but they emphasize her lack of a natural waist too much.

Maybe I'm wierd, but I like them.

I think she looks fun..and the commercials always seem to make me laugh.:grin:

I'm not into stuff. I'd rather spend money on other stuff. Heh. Like a PS2... maybe a new video card... bills, or something...

My favorite Pier One commercials are their Christmas ones....Although I swear Kirstie is drunk in one of them...

I like those commercials too! Kirstie Alley is funny in them (but I also agree, I think she's drunk sometimes).

She has to be drunk. "You look stressed sister moon, you need shopping therapy." Huh?

I buy candles there a lot because they smell good without being overwhelming, like cheaper kinds can be, and vases, place mats, linen napkins, that sort of thing. I have a baker's rack and a few pillows/blankets from there, too.

They have a lot of cute stuff.. and their candles ARE great.. last forever too. And yeah, the Sister Moon thing is a bit.. odd.. They should give her a breathalizer before she shoots those commercials.

They burn really hot too. The red berry ones are my favorite. Decent quality wax as well, doesn't leave those black marks on skin.

They have to write the commercials for her..I don't think she could make up some of that stuff..:lol:
