It is sort of an ad hoc event within the event where he announces a date/time usually near the end or last day of the run and offers sweet services/items via spin purchase, auction (silent, reverse, regular and oters), trivia, etc. Sometimes you hand me odd items found in game, sometimes he just drops stuff and whoever picks it up quick.
