Just a comment on what I was told when pricing a sanctified weapon. Paladins can sanctify anything they want to use, so your main audience is going to be polearm clerics. Correct me if I am wrong on this. I am a recent returner and do not know much about paladins, so not really 100% knowledgeable on what they can personally bond with for sancting.

It's hard to say because there's some bless changes in the works that include sanctification being a benefit. I was going to do a complicated process to remove the sanctification at the last DR, but a lot of folks convinced me not to pull the attribute off because of the bless changes, and how it would benefit the weapon (possibly).
