It almost appears that he's casting from 2 different spell circles (the Caster's CS changes), but the messaging seems to contradict that.

I casted 1619, big whoop oh nos, as Soulpieced stated, it lasts for one minute. I never use 1619 unless I'm fucking off with friends, as per Andiago.
