What it says in the mechanics proposal doc:
"✅Warriors and Rogues are allowed a one time AG change for their armor. One AG change per character, limited to armor registered to the account prior to this announcement."

Correct, since warriors/rogues get all the armor masteries, instead of having to choose one, they decided to nix the 1-time AsG change.
