Super lucky and thankful to be among the first of those fortunate enough to get a vaccination. First dose was a few days ago and I had some significant aches and pains which obv to be expected but now my shoulder is mostly fine so probably have to come up with another excuse to avoid shoveling snow.

Second dose is in a couple weeks and hoping it all continues to work out.

Have you started turning into a zombie?

Developed any cravings to eat brains?

My wife currently has the rona. I'm either immune or asymptomatic, because I've stayed next to her the entire time. So I guess I'll wait on the vaccine.

Couldn't you still spread it?

Yes, that is why I'm not going outside my house for a while. If I'm asymptomatic, it means I also have the roro, and it'll pass like normal. If I'm immune, I can't even get it to spread it.

Honestly, from what I've seen, this shit is going to be seasonal like the flu, so I'll get the vaccine next season.

It's definitely recommended to grab the vaccine even if you've already had the rona but I'm not sure how long they suggest to wait. If you get the chance id definitely go for it

I am so far down the list it probably won't be until next season.

I thought I was the only one who disliked Olive Garden.

My favorite chain Italian restaurant is Carrabbas.

Most people dislike Olive Garden. If it wasn't for their unlimited, cheap items they'd be gone.

Damn... had no idea. We go by it all the time and it always seems to be packed.

It is just cheap as fuck. You can feed a family of 5 on like $30 and they give you entire meals to take home.

Bread sticks are really good, at least to me. But yeah, it's Italian McDonalds.

Heard some rumours that till the end of 2021 there will и huge problems with vaccination even in wealthy countries because of enormous demand for vaccines.

Wish you both the best and a speedy recovery for the missus.

"John Bell, a University of Oxford immunologist who is on the UK’s vaccine task force, tells Times Radio that he thinks vaccines would work on the UK variant but there is a “big question mark” about 501.V2, as there is still sparse evidence about it."

So far traced to 25 infections in 17 countries. Not the news I am looking for.
