What is an "inkweek"?
Each week a monk may earn up to 50k motes.

Each Mystic Tattoo tier costs:
T1 = 50k motes = 1 Week = 1.9m (Find a younger monk!)
T2 = 75k motes = 1.5 Weeks = 2.85m (Find a younger monk!)
T3 = 100k motes = 2 Weeks = 3.8m
T4 = 125k motes = 2.5 Weeks = 4.75m
T5 = 150k motes = 3 Weeks = 5.7m

Tattoo Recharging:
I can fill up your tattoo to 100 charges at the same cost - so 38k per charge.
