Bag of dix is like 10x better than bag of trrix.

At tier 9, you can point the bag of dix at a target so they laugh hysterically (immobolizes the target) ... no cool down, need 180 discipline stat to have a chance at resist. Tiers 1-8 do not do anything, its just fluff scripts (for balance reasons)
