I won this in a raffle tonight. I may hold onto it, since it's nice to have a new toy, but I was also curious as to its possible value. Not sure how many charges it holds yet. And I think there are more verbs I haven't discovered.

a foxfire green brushed steel band

Gaeuran whispers, "There you go! It can be charged by water or ice based spells."

>rub band
As you rub the brushed steel band, a layer of chartreuse green frost forms around the band and quickly spreads to your right hand, forming a jagged chunk of green ice.

The chunk of green ice in your palm shudders and releases a small cloud of emerald mist.

>l ice
Streaks of vibrant chartreuse run through the interior of this chunk of ice. The surface of the ice is uneven and jagged in places. Other sections are perfectly translucent, windows into its icy depths.

The piece of green ice in your hand draws some energy from you. [drained just 1 mana]

>rub ice
You rub a chunk of green ice in your hand.
>
The chunk of green ice shimmers and crackles as its color shifts to a vert hue.

>tap ice
You bring your left index finger to the shard of vert ice in your right hand and dramatically begin tapping it. Every time your fingers impact on its surface, the area becomes translucent, offering a glimpse of the icy interior.

>grip ice
You grip the chunk of vert ice in your hand and squeeze. The ice liquifies and flows around your hand, encasing it in a green shell. As quickly as it happened, the colorful coating reforms itself as a chunk of vert ice in your hand again.

>poke ice
You bring your left hand to the chunk of ice in your right hand and poke your index finger at the peacock green surface. The ice suddenly becomes pliable as your hand moves into the frigid depths. Without warning, the ice solidifies around your hand, leaving it trapped.

You shake the icy prison around for a moment before it releases your hand.

>turn ice
You give the chunk of vert ice in your right hand a solid spin. It rotates on your palm, light flashing off of its irregular surfaces. As it spins, it begins to make a low shrieking sound, which fluctuates in its tone and pitch.

The chunk of vert ice comes to a sudden stop, and the noise ceases.

>eat ice
You lift the chunk of vert ice to your lips and place it in your mouth. It begins to quickly dissipate, and you purse your lips and blow a long stream of peacock smoke in to the air.

>throw ice at nord
You throw the chunk of green ice into the air and step beneath it. Severing your flow of energy to it, it begins to break apart in mid air. A cascade of chartreuse ice crystals rains down around you, clattering to the ground.

You can TOSS it too to juggle it/them, and TOSS ICE AT <person> and they'll catch it as long as their hands aren't full. It can also be recharged by casting 903/907/512 at it. Maybe other water/cold spells too.

>toss ice at methais
You toss your chunk of white ice at Methais. The icy mass sails through the air and he snatches it, the impact releasing a small shower of niveous crystals.

Methais tosses a chunk of niveous ice at you. The icy mass sails through the air and you snatch it, the impact releasing a small shower of ecru crystals.

>glance
The piece of niveous ice in your hand draws some energy from you.

>toss ice
You toss your chunk of niveous ice from your left hand into the air before catching it again in your right hand.
