I've seen similar SimuCoin suggestions when trying to do anything with Urchin Runners (and maybe with Urchin Guides), as well as with the locker manifest command on non-Premium accounts.

That has been in there since they created the SimuCoin store. It did get them to update the sprite quest, which is something I asked numerous times for them to do when I was a mentor.
