Found this the other day while hunting Plane 3. N'ecare had it on his person.

A Starry Dark Steel Sai - 4x and void flares

In the Common language, it reads:
Dusk's Wind

not sure if these are unique verbs to the weapon or not (guessing tilt isn't but the exhale maybe?)

>exhale sai
You blow on your dark steel sai.
A faint foggy mist forms over the surface of the sai then slowly fades away.

>tilt sai
You tilt your dark steel sai side to side, making the light play off it.


You thrust with a starry dark steel sai at a striped warcat!
AS: +205 vs DS: +90 with AvD: +23 + d100 roll: +85 = +223
... and hit for 19 points of damage!
Minor puncture to the chest.

Veins in neck stand out briefly!
The striped warcat crumples to the ground and dies.

those are both normal verbs nothing special. probably just a cool looking 4x flaring weapon, i feel like there's been several pretty, named, 4x flaring items in the hopper lately a GM probably put in a whole collection of them at once. Neat though, still.
