Dude looks like Ragnar Lothbrok. I'm wondering, though, what is stealthy, formless and … assassin'y about a 120 decibel caterwaul and going completely ape-shit berserk?
It does look dope though.

You become an assassin over time from what I've seen.

I was going to get this on PC but I didn't want to deal with EGS or purely Uplay so I got it for my Xbox like all the others.

Relying heavily on the feedback on this one before I move on it. Odyssey was cool. Origins is the exact same game but based in Egypt. Even the damn moves are the same. That was a frustrating purchase, even at 12 dollars from Gamestop.

I fucking loved Odyssey. I'm going to start playing this in a couple hours after I drop all the peoples off at work and school.

Yes. If you get the ps4/xbox one version you get an upgrade to the ps5/xsx digital version free.

I hope it's good. I loved Odyssey a ton, even by the end where basically nothing was going to ever kill you. Give me a predator death arrow and man, it was just assassination city.

After I got my haircut, I thought I'd take a stroll to a nearby Gamestop and start planning on people's gifts for the holiday season.
20 mouth-breathers in sweatpants crowding one another at the front door, so I figured I'd ask. "New Creed, gawd!", was the reply from the third person in line, so I laughed and immediately turned around and nope'd out.
Hope it's good, I haven't played one since AC2.

They have changed a looooooot since AC2. For the better.
Also, what kind of dork stands in line to buy a game these days?

I was planning on waiting for it to come to Steam, but meh. It uses uPlay regardless, so I may as well get it there.

The only thing I hate with uPlay is having multiple game launchers all over the place, but it is what it is. Steam, uPlay, Origin, Epic.... I don't expect it to grow a lot.

Main thing I look for is achievement support and a strong community. Epic/uplay don't have that.

uPlay has the best achievement system IMO. Achievements earn points that you can use to buy items for the game or other games on uPlay.

Something neat, you get to create a jomvikingr, think "thane" from Skyrim. Other players can buy their services and you get the silver they pay.

I like the rewards, but you don't have to buy via uplay to get access to them. The rewards are like the only thing uplay has over Origin.
