What is the exact description on these? I have a number of very old spidersilk containers but not sure which is the original.

I think it might be as simple as a spidersilk sack and a spidersilk backpack. They should match my old 'flowing spidersilk cloak'. I believe there were spidersilk satchels as well.

I'm looking for the real deal ones from 20 or so years ago. Weigh less than 2lbs and can hold a ton.

Best of luck. Although I will point out that you can modify those spidersilk backpacks with weight reduction notes and capacity expanding notes now.

if you mean the old "translucent spidersilk backpacks" they're not even normal (non-"epic") max light / deep by current standards (they were 7 / 125 if memory serves).

That's what they were, yes. Translucent spidersilk backpacks. That's what I'm trying to track down.

Out of curiosity, what are the best back or shoulder worn packs nowadays?

Tightly woven spidersilk sack/satchel I believe were those two worn spots. Sack was not less than 2 however but at the time it was a big belt container.

It's easy to get an item that weighs 2 and holds 200 for cloak/backpack these days. Those run around 4m, which is about the same as the cost as the final note to epic deepen it. Anything more than that, or when you start adding weight reduction, gets expensive quickly.

Freeble has one of those satchels for sale in his shop for 2.5m

So what I'm preferably looking for is a Translucent Spidersilk Backpack and a Tightly Woven Spidersilk Sack.
