Level Reqs and Enhancives

Is there some formula to the level based Reqs for enhancives? or is it all random? If I fusion socketed something and then defusioned it at the fusion shaman? will it retain it’s level reqs? Sorry, completely new to the enhancive game.

Interesting, enhancives seem to really payoff toward your 60’s from bonuses equaling ranks and overall bonus levels.
