Here's the information on terror flares from Estild:
It's -50 DS (Immobilized), plus considered stance offensive, plus a significant penalty to EBP, plus they drop their held items (so less parry/block defense), plus roundtime...plus it's terrifying.
You swing a jackal-forged ghezyte taavish at a human bandit!
AS: +651 vs DS: +333 with AvD: +37 + d100 roll: +85 = +440
... and hit for 104 points of damage!
Left arm ripped from socket at the elbow!
The bandit's reinforced shield falls to the ground.
** Your ghezyte taavish releases a distorted black shadow! **
The human bandit freezes in utter terror!
A ball and chain slips from the human bandit's grasp.
You swing a jade-inlaid black ora spikestar at a human bandit!
AS: +637 vs DS: +257 with AvD: +37 + d100 roll: +84 = +501
... and hit for 165 points of damage!
Blow cracks a rib and punctures a lung.
Breathing becomes a challenge.
