Its been a bit since I had my capped wizard but I believe a popular choice is:

Fwiw, I pref:

Wizard 124
MnE 77
MjE 102

And possibly Wiz 123 and MnE at 78. The main reasoning for me is CS. The extra 2 in MjE and 1 in MnE helps boost your CS's, which is worth more to me than the loss of 3 ranks in Wiz.

It really depends on what you want to do/hunt. On a side note, I was playing around with switching and over training MjE to see what kind of boost to 517 and the max charges I could put in MR's. So far it's disappointing, with the difference of only 1 or 2 max charge increases with 125 in MjE. Meh. Looks all around better to overtrain Wiz for 912/915/917/925.
