Make exercises, sports?
Sweeting yourself like we learned to do when we were young?

I'm training a lot these days, yet, it seems I cannot get more out of my biceps.
They're stuck at a bit over 18".
I take 37,5 pounds, standing up, locking my elbows to the side of my chest and make 12-15 times a slow movement toward my chin.
If I take a 42,5, I can do a 8-10 times but I find myself cheating a bit with my back otherwise the last rep is damn hard and I'm unable to complete it.
Any advises?

Put your back against a wall you can't cheat. Also doing the same motion over and over won't get you big. You need several different exercises. Try using the rope on cables and doing curls, do 21s, do wide grips with a bench bar, do hammer curls. Regular curls give you bulk when you flex, hammers give you size when you're arm is relaxed. Do pullups.

I'm looking forward to sipping my coffee while parousing more of this horseshit you call posting, X.

That's forearms bro. Big forearms. Or as we called it in the Marine Corps "barracks muscle"
If your goal is to get big then you need to up the weight to the point that 6-8 reps take effort.
P.s. I seriously hope you mean 37.5 lbs on each arm. I really don't see how'd you have 18' biceps lifting that anyway but still.

37.5 each arm.
At 42.5 to each arm, I find myself "cheating" a bit as I said in my first post.
Still, at 42,5, I can do 8-10 reps.
Should I simply increase to 47,5 per arm since 42,5 is still "too easy"?

If you find yourself cheating you can't do 8-10 reps. A rep is a clean motion with not "cheating" Stay at that weight until you can move up.
