Two questions on the upcoming mangler changes. I've seen bits in Discord, but nothing comprehensive.

1) Is there a Google Doc on the changes, like there is for other systems?

2) With EMC moving from 2x to 3x and down from 0/4, 0/8 to 0/3, 0/6, 0/12, is my math correct on somewhere around 10-10.5m exp being around the place where huge sacrifices won't need to be made to hit 3x (and what my pessimistic self is thinking the 0 cd on 515 will be)?

3) Are there other mage tp/skill changes?

9) Wizard

a) Elemental Mana Control from 2x and 0/4 to 3x and 0/3. This matches Clerics and design goal that single sphere professions 3x in one sphere while hybrids 2x in two spheres.
b) Spiritual Mana Control from 0/15 to 0/12. To match off-sphere mana controls costs for other pures.
c) Mental Mana Control from 0/15 to 0/12.
d) Arcane Symbols from 0/1 to 0/2. We wanted to give Sorcerers the advantage of having the cheapest Arcane Symbols training. This increased cost is offset by the lower EMC cost.
e) Survival from 1x to 2x. This is to match every other profession.

Physical Fitness from 7/0 to 8/0. This increase matches other Pures and is also intended to offset the lower Spell Aiming cost that Clerics are receiving.
Combat Maneuvers from 10/6 to 10/8. This is also intended to offset the lower Spell Aiming cost that Clerics are receiving, but is still cheaper than other Pures. We targeted PF and CM because they're the SMRv2 defense skills Clerics train cheaper than other pures and Cleric SMRv2 defenses are currently the highest in the game, which wasn't intended.


I am genuinely curious how Cleric SMR2 defense who can single PF and CM better than an Empath who can 3x PF and 1x CM.


Also - Why did they have the Savants TP costs in the skill chart? Is that an accidental leak or an epic troll?

Maybe 313 is some massive bonus.

ah okay, I was thinking purely from the skill manager standpoint
